In the face of severe budget cuts, the Recreation and Park Department has implemented a $7.00 non-resident admission with a discounted fee for seniors, students and children. All San Francisco city & county residents, members and school groups are admitted FREE of charge.
This admission will help maintain our living collection of more than 50,000 plants from around the world and our oustanding conservation education programs for more than 10,000 San Francisco School children.
FOR KIDS AND THEIR FAMILIESFollow clues that make exploring the garden more exciting than ever, and a special hidden box rewards those who complete this botanical adventure! The SFBG issue of the URBIA Adventure League series, a self-guided adventure experience, is nowavailable at the Garden Bookstore.
The San Francisco Botanical Garden's beauty and value as a major
cultural resource are the result of a successful public/private partnership between San Francisco's
Recreation and Park Department and the San Francisco Botanical Garden Society, a non-profit corporation. |
